I need to get this off my chest.

TL-DR,

I just had two of my three staffers quit. I'm actually quite glad they did. The terms 'dust' and 'take out the garbage' seemed completely alien to them. If I wasn't there, they did NOTHING. I gave them challenges that seemed impossible to meet. Like selling things. OoooOoooOoOO~ so haaaard.

I gave them ample opportunity to talk to me about the schedule, things they were unsure about, all kinds of Nice Manager Things. Instead I get second-hand bitching about everything from the hours to life problems I DID NOT NEED TO KNOW ABOUT 'I HAVE TO VISIT THE DOCTOR' IS AN AMPLE EXCUSE END OF SENTENCE.

One of them even abused her staff discount to save TWO DOLLARS. Oh, yes. TWO.

Cows go 'moo', sheep go 'baa', and stupidity makes people go 'this job is haaaaard'

YES BECAUSE IT'S HARD TO BE NICE TO CUSTOMERS AND DO THINGS FOR THEM SO WE CAN MAKE MONEY AND I GET TO KEEP MY JOB.

The best part? This happened around this time last year. One girl poisoned all the other staffers with her whining and idiocy, but at least two were useful enough to stay. This year, one girl poisoned the only other girl who could do nights with her idiocy, and now I have to work 67 hours a week until I can get new people.

PLZ GOD, SEND ME SOME COMPETENT PEOPLE, M'KAY? M'KAY.

If you could also make them not germaphobic, 'allergic' to dust, gossipy bitches, or paranoid, I would be ever so grateful. :3
